How to throw a front flip like a pro

  1. find a jump you feel comfortable on
  2. ride up to it with a staggered stance ( one foot about 6 inches in front of the other) this staggered stance is key to being able to throw it fast
  3. when you hit the lip of the jump, throw your weight forward
  4. kick your heels up to your butt
  5. when you start to see the horizon open up
  6. stomp the landing and ride away like nothing happened
